About Us
The Company was originally incorporated on 20th February, 1940, as ‘BIJOY MINING COMPANY LIMITED’ under the provisions of the Companies Act, 1913 vide certificate of incorporation issued by the Registrar of Companies, Kolkata.
The company was subsequently converted to a public company and consequently name was changed BIJOY MINING COMPANY LIMITED (BMC) vide fresh certificate of incorporation dated- 27th April, 1984, issued by the Registrar of Companies, Kolkata to carry on the business of a mining and real estate business.
